Pics from the dog park
The Sepulveda Off-Leash Dog Park is about 15 minutes from our home; we love to take Iggy and Jett there, they run around with the other small dogs and have a great time! If you’re staying in the valley with your dog consider bringing him or her over to the park. Here are some pictures….

My new watch
I ordered a watch for less than $10 (including shipping) online – it looked cool in the ad and now that I’ve got it I think it’s really neat. I love watches that don’t get in the way, and this one qualifies. As you can see from the picture, you push a button and some […]

The Watts Towers
We were heading to Little India in south LA and saw the exit to the Watts Towers – we hadn’t been there so we took the sidetrip, and it was worth it. Very amazing, worth the trip if you visit LA; if you want to go inside you have to go on a tour and […]

Craft vs Factory – a simple graphic
When I told my boss one day that our waterfall development method didn’t work well, he countered that it was working fine in some parts of the organization. We talked about which ones and I noticed that those were areas where repeated, configuration-style work was performed. I asked around and found that big projects, things […]
