Woodland Hills Arts and Crafts Fair

We took the dog and went out at about 11A to see what the fair had to offer. Well, it offered lots of heat and sunshine – it was already in the 90s F when we arrived. We brought water and a portable dog bowl so the dog wouldn’t get overheated, but even with water the heat and sun wiped all three of us out a bit.

Aviva bought a pair of earrings (very nice, pink colored faceted beads on long silver wires, they will hang nicely below her hair) and I bought a little pea man figure that was carved and painted by a family selling their wares at the fair. I don’t think Aviva likes him – I may have to take him to work.

I don’t know if we’ll go to another of these – it just wasn’t all that interesting.
