Nathan, my son (@thegeo on ‘the Twitter’), flew in last night. Today, we drove all over the valley shopping – he was looking for some specific comic books and figures, and he ended up finding almost everything he was looking for.

And of course tomorrow is Aviva’s birthday so we went out tonight for her dinner to Angelini Osteria on Beverly.  Definitely not the most expensive Italian restaurant in LA but one that we feel has a flavor very much like eateries in Italy. Pictures of the dishes we had follow…
