The E-Myth Manager

Read this on my Palm Desert vacation March 2005. It was recommended by someone whose opinion I trust at work. It was worth the read. I agree with the three aspects of managing, technical, managerial and entrepreneurial. I don’t agree completely with the importance the author places on process – I believe process is appropriate as techniques become known and refined, but building process before trying to do something can be asking for trouble, as, in my experience, people can become slaves to process.
