My third album release this year, “Five Stages,” is available now on most music services. This album was partly inspired by the five stages of grief documented by Elizabeth Kubler-Ross in On Death and Dying. There are 3 instrumental songs on the album including one, “Meditation,” which is a dual acoustic guitar song inspired by “Little Martha” by the Allman Brothers Band.
