Boden, BasicBooks, 1992, 0-465-01451-8<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/tg\/detail\/-\/0131473646\/qid=1126438244\/sr=1-1\/ref=sr_1_1\/102-9495726-4240950?v=glance&amp;s=books\" target=\"NewWindow\">Software Creativity<\/a> , Robert L. Glass, Prentice-Hall, 1995, 0-13-147364-6<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/tg\/detail\/-\/0898154081\/qid=1126438275\/sr=2-1\/ref=pd_bbs_b_2_1\/102-9495726-4240950?v=glance&amp;s=books\" target=\"NewWindow\">Thinkertoys: A Handbook of Business Creativity for the 90s<\/a> , Michael Michalko, Ten Speed Press, 1991, 0-89815-408-1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Here are some things I found interesting from my readings on creativity.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Say whatever&#8217;s on your mind. Don&#8217;t hold back hunches, guesses, wild ideas, images, intentions. [Notice that this is also very good advice on &#8220;brainstorming&#8221; or &#8220;lateral thinking&#8221;.] Speak as continuously as possible. Say something at least once every five seconds, even if only &#8220;I&#8217;m drawing a blank.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Speak audibly. Watch out for your voice dropping as you become involved.<\/li>\n<li>Speak as telegraphically as you please. Don&#8217;t worry about complete sentances and eloquence.<\/li>\n<li>Don&#8217;t overexplain or justify. Analyse no more than you would normally.<\/li>\n<li>Don&#8217;t elaborate past events.
