I’ve been writing about the concentration of wealth in the United States here<\/a> and here<\/a> for example; now the New York Times has provided a series of graphs on the US economy since Harry Truman’s Presidency<\/a> that shows this trend:<\/p>\n

So why would we continue a tax policy that places more and more of the burden of supporting the US government upon those that can least afford it, those that we now need to kick-start the consuming part of our economy, and those that get the least out of the performance of our government?<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
