The neat part is the appearance of people from the past of Enterprise’s chief engineer, Commander Charles “Trip” Tucker III. Trip has a short romantic interlude, Enterprise is captured by an alien race, its all in here.

And its a pretty good read, worth the effort.

Translate

Title: Daedalus: Part One of Two (Star Trek: Enterprise) Author: Dave Stern Mass Market Paperback: 344 pages Publisher: Star Trek (October 1, 2003) Language: English ISBN-10: 0743471180 ISBN-13: 978-0743471183 Another fun read, this book uses a typical Star Trek construct, the alternative universe.
