Women are<br \/>\nallowed to manage their own finances in Islam, and they can inherit wealth.<br \/>\nBut, they can&#8217;t go to a bank teller that is male &#8211; that would be too close a<br \/>\nrelationship between men and women.  So, the Saudis have women-only banks &#8211;<br \/>\nthere are male guards, but they stay outside.  Inside the bank all the people<br \/>\nthe customers see are female.
