This was a fun book in the style of Coal and Cod: a nice blend of history, anecdotes and suggestions for usage.<\/p>\n

Tea comes in three basic styles: white, green and black, moving from least oxidized to most.\u00c2\u00a0 All comes from the same plant, but the handling determines the style of tea that results.<\/p>\n

If you want to know more about tea, this is a good book to read.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
