I try to read the 24 novels when they come out – call it a dirty pleasure, but I grew up reading pulp novels from people like Earl Stanley Gardner, Ian Fleming, and Edgar Rice Burroughs; I love the 24 TV show and think the novels carry over the hour by hour pace and strange twists of the series.
This book is no exception!
Jack finds himself in the hills outside of Denver; a cult disappears the day before a big economic conference kicks off, someone is shorting stocks in the major companies in the US, and Jack’s right in the middle of the action.
No spoilers here – if you like the TV show you should try reading these books!
