Just to show that I don’t only read deep tomes….

I’ve been reading each of these books as they come out (I have a pre-order at Amazon for the next two). I love “24” – its the best show on television now. The books don’t disappoint, as long as you realize they are pulp novels in the genre of Tarzan or James Bond.

This one is about two plots to cause trouble for the G8 meeting in Las Angeles (amazing that all terror plots end up happening in LA – guess its like the old saw about Perry Mason, “He looses every day except Saturday”). Bauer of course has thrills and chills, and people live and die (and are tortured).

If you like the TV show, you’ve got to read the books!
