How to use Reports

Figure 1 shows the selection areas identified with names in red.

Figure 1.  This identifies the controls used for creating reports.

To create a report, select the year using the Year Selector, the month of the report using the Month Selector, and the report type using the Report Selector.  There are three reports available:

Note that the Time Off Report is for a whole year, and so the Month Selector setting is ignored for that report.  Press the Make Report button to build a report.  You can have multiple reports visible at one time, limited only by your computer's memory.
