Toby just didn’t work out – he was hand shy and wouldn’t let us touch him let alone pick him up – I believe that if you can’t carry your dog you shouldn’t have him or her.

So the breeder came by, took Toby back with her (for some serious socialization training) and dropped off Shania; here’s a video of the three of them playing in the yard:

I can already pick up Shania so we’re very hopeful she’s going to work out – she also seems to already be potty trained! And we’re going to rename her Jett too.
